*No Refunds Policy*

At J Bauer Media, we understand that circumstances may change. However, all appointment deposits, payments, and sales are considered final, Non-Negotiable, and non-refundable.

*Exceptions:*

- In the event of J Bauer Media's failure to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your appointments.

*Rescheduling:*

- If you need to reschedule, a fee may apply. Please contact us to discuss options.

All concerns regarding unsatisfactory results from your appointment should be directed to sales@jbauermedia.com. 

Any and All Sales are considered final, Non- negotiable, and non refundable. Disputes are to be submitted in writing to sales@jbauermedia.com or sent via mail to 76 E US Highway 6 lot #262 within seven (7) days upon receiving your completed order or initial booking for appointment bookings. Failure to write Disputes In a timely manor voids any and all official disputes.
